Being a good manager is all about the numbers, if you are able to squeeze all the costs and your margin in a price people are willing to pay, then EUREKA. It’s not easy, especially with a new market.
Better to start with slightly-higher prices rather than lower, you will never get them up again later on. Apart from the obvious risk of all the unexpected expenses you did not account for.
