The dilemma of building a “social media asset.” They say it’s an investment but if you cannot delegate it, it’s worse than a 9 to 5 job, especially if your content is qualitative and requires some research. Often they work because of the uniqueness of the blogger /youtuber, therefore very hard to delegate and highly-dependable on you. There is also the anonymity debate. Videos with talking head require less time to make which is an advantage now that every platform requires high upload frequency. However, it is less delegable. This is almost always the case.
