• In every group project, start with a milestone that involves all the potential founders. Link the share ownerships to the reaching of such milestone.
    • Do not split shares right after pitching the project, you may end up with people that talk and not perform. It sucks.
  • It’s hard to be razor sharp towards a goal.
  • In videogame development, money can be made with monthly users and prototyping.
