  • When you decide to become an entrepreneur, hire an external contractor, if you hire somebody to save money (because employees cost less than contractors), be ready to go through thick and thin. One day economy is good and they make you earn a lot, the other day, maybe you don’t have work for them and you need to respect them granting them the firing benefits.
